Radio Sportscasting

I got involved in radio sportscasting in 1995 as a junior in college at our college radio station.  Here are some selections from my work as an NCAA Divison I broadcaster at Campbell University as well as some highlights from my broadcasts through the years.

Sports Reporting

Working for Campbell University, I got to do weekly reports and shows with some of our coaches as well as report from some remote locations like the NCAA Women’s Golf National Championships in Clearwater, Florida which allowed for some interesting storytelling opportunities.

Live Television Broadcast

While at FreightWaves, I have had the privilege of hosting and producing our flagship show, FreightWaves Now – a 2-hour morning show with segments devoted to the company’s SONAR software, weather, social media check-ins and interview pieces.  I had the pleasure of hosting The Roundtable – a segment where we would often talk to two people about a singular issue.  Here are some clips from that show.
